Non-attachment to Thoughts

Thoughts come out due to vasanas (patterns in memory) fuelled by identification/attachment. Once attachment to thoughts goes away, thoughts lose their steam and are no longer a problem. Non-attachment to thoughts is freedom.

  1. Great one! I am an indian too. I believe and live by non attachment. Was first greatly inspired by Eckart Tolles ” POwer of Now”
    He says the same too.. Don’t get attached to your thoughts. They are just thoughts. Be like a third person and just observe them. Let them come, let them stay, let them go.
