Bhagavad Gita 18.45, 18.46

Verses 18.45 and 18.46 from the Bhagavad Gita read as follows:

“Sve sve karmaṇyabhirataḥ sansiddhiṁ labhate naraḥ Sva-karma-nirataḥ siddhiṁ yathā vindati tachchhṛiṇu” [18.45]

“Yataḥ pravṛttirbhūtānāṁ yena sarvamidaṁ tatam Swakarmaṇā tamabhyarcya siddhiṁ vindati mānavaḥ” [18.46]

One who is devoted to his or her own duty attains perfection. Everyone has a unique set of abilities, talents, and duties, and by performing them with dedication, one can achieve perfection in life.

By whom all beings are originated, and by whom this whole universe is pervaded, worshipping that Creator by performing one’s natural duty, human beings attain perfection.
