Ego can be diluted through devotion. If we take the position of a servant, we too can convert our ego into an asset. If we are servants, we only need attitude of a service. We do not need any organisation to serve. Once this attitude of service is kindled, we will never feel insulted. A servant is insult proof. Only the boss gets easily insulted.
