Motivation for Work

Identify what makes you do work. Is it fear, inertia etc. (tamas) or desire, ambition, fame, hurry etc. (rajas) that pushes you to do work. Notice if you are looking forward to doing work or are waiting for work to somehow get over. To abide in Self try to make joy as the motivation behind doing any work consciously.
